Pipe Utility Bridge Feasibility Study

Allen Engineering can work with your engineering department to do a feasibility study and develop a project budget and scope of work. On the Pipe Utility bridge below Allen Engineering worked with the customer on the feasibility study and included the preliminary engineering required to get an "Order of Magnitude" estimate from a local contractor.

The scope of work included moving their utility piping from a tunnel below the railroad to a pipe bridge above the tracks and all the new piping tie-ins. This bridge was designed with the fall protection in place, and much of the piping was able to be installed on the ground before it was lifted into its final position.

On this project AEC provided project management during the construction phase and the end result of the project is a new pipe bridge in place.
